- Mar 6: February’s Podtrac ranker, which measures participating publishers only, was published. The company seems to have removed its January ranker (the WayBack machine has our back); Fox Audio Network has overtaken The Walt Disney Company to land at #7 in the publishers ranker, while Pod Save America is a new entry at #6 in the top podcasts list, suggesting that Crooked Media is a new participant.
- Mar 2: Podtrac released its “multi-channel podcast ranking” for January. Of the top 200, 69% of the shows do best in audio. 36% of shows are more consumed using clips than the whole episode. The data is global; Steven Bartlett’s Diary of a CEO has risen to #3; Rogan is at #2 and The MeidasTouch is #1 (mostly driven by video and clips).
- Feb 9: Podtrac released its January ranker. Overall, total audience was up for January over December. The Ezra Klein Show is highest new entry at #14. The ranker measures participating publishers only.
- Jan 26: The top 5 differs from Podtrac's global multi-channel ranker announced last week; of course, it's US-only rather than Podtrac's global list. Podtrac placed The MeidasTouch podcast at #1; Edison places it at #18. The MeidasTouch's numbers in Podtrac includes video clips.
- Jan 23: Beamly now supports analytics prefixes from five new providers: OP3, Podtrac, Spotify Ad Analytics, Podscribe and Podcorn. The service also has integrated with Zapier.
