- Jul 3: The Podnews Weekly Review this week is co-hosted by Hall of Famer Elsie Escobar - we cover tools podcasters need to succeed, and all the latest news about the industry; plus, part of a international session from The Podcast Show.
- Jul 1: The Podcast Show London has released the first set of recordings from the event. Sessions include YouTube, Inception Point AI, The News Agents, and the Podnews Report Card. You'll find the link in your email: search for "The Podcast Show 2026" in the subject line.
- Jun 15: Audacity 4 has just entered a public beta. The audio editing company was exhibiting at The Podcast Show in London (though whenever your Editor went to try and speak with them, they were talking to others). It's had a visual makeover, properly supports plugins, and should be backwards-compatible with v3. (A few features won't make it though - tempo tracks, LADSPA plugins and Vamp analyzers.)
