Fully remote: working with a USA-based team at A Climate Change with Matt Matern.
We're a weekly climate podcast and multi-platform media brand looking for a brand partnerships contractor to sell sponsorships across our channels.
What we need We're launching our sponsorship program and looking for someone to lead it from the ground up. We've never run an active advertiser strategy before. We need someone who can do the prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing, and own the advertiser relationships from day one. We have a media kit and inventory ready to sell across YouTube integrations, newsletter sponsorships, Substack placements, and host-read podcast spots - but we need a partner to actually go find the brands and bring them in. We're especially interested in someone with existing relationships in climate tech, clean energy, sustainable consumer goods, B Corps, ESG, climate finance, regenerative agriculture, sustainable fashion, or mission-driven brands. Bonus: if you also have experience helping podcasts grow their audience - through marketing, distribution, audience development, or cross-promotion - that's a plus. Not required, but a strong added value if it's part of your toolkit.
