A full time Sales Manager position at Audio Always, Salford Greater Manchester, UK
Audio Always is a creative production company built on sound ideas, with a growing podcast network.
We produce some of the UK’s most successful podcasts, including Help I Sexted My Boss, The Girls Bathroom and UK True Crime, delivering over 100 million listens and views in 2025.
We’re looking for three Podcast Account Managers to help grow advertising revenue across our slate as our network continues to expand.
You will identify and develop commercial opportunities with brands and agencies, building strong relationships with planners and buyers while confidently pitching our shows, audiences and advertising opportunities. The role involves managing conversations from first contact through to proposal and close, working closely with internal teams to shape creative and effective podcast campaigns.
We’re looking for people with experience selling media, ideally within audio or podcasts, who enjoys building relationships and spotting opportunities. An interest in podcasts, digital media and audience-led storytelling is essential.
