About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to help grow Bleav’s advertising revenue. This role focuses on new business development and full-cycle sales, with ownership of an individual book of business across brand-direct and agency partners. You’ll spend your time sourcing, pitching, and closing integrated advertising partnerships across podcasts, video podcasts, FAST channels, newsletters, and social platforms, while collaborating closely with creators, internal teams, and partners to drive sustainable, long-term growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow your own book of business, from sourcing and closing new advertisers to managing renewals and long-term partnerships
- Lead new business development with both brand-direct and agency partners across sports, lifestyle, and creator-driven media
- Sell integrated media solutions spanning podcasts, video podcasts, YouTube, FAST channels, newsletters, and social platforms
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, campaign execution, and reporting
- Create strategic, custom partnerships that connect elite brands with Bleav’s creators and fan-first audiences
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven success in media or digital advertising sales, ideally across podcasts, video, FAST, newsletters, or social
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a book of business, with consistent net-new revenue performance
- Track record of success in a startup or high-growth environment, where ambiguity, speed, and ownership are required
- Strong brand-direct and agency relationships, with experience navigating complex buying and planning structures
- Passion for sports, lifestyle content, and podcasts, with a deep understanding of modern, creator-led media
