The Role As a Communications & Sales Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening Clôture Online’s brand visibility and supporting its commercial growth. This is a versatile position combining digital communication, content creation, customer relations, and sales support.
You will help promote the company’s product range, improve communication across digital channels, and guide customers in choosing the right solutions for their outdoor projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication & Marketing
- Write, update, and optimize website content, including product pages, category pages, landing pages, and buying guides.
- Support SEO-oriented content creation to improve online visibility and product discoverability.
- Help manage communication campaigns, promotions, and seasonal highlights.
- Contribute to social media content and brand messaging.
Sales & Customer Support
- Assist customers by phone, email, and online with product recommendations and project guidance.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and customer requests.
- Advise customers on suitable products based on their needs, including fencing systems, gates, privacy solutions, pool safety products, and accessories.
- Support customer satisfaction and loyalty through clear and professional communication.
E-commerce & Business Support
- Ensure product information is clear, accurate, and commercially effective.
- Help improve the customer journey and online shopping experience.
- Monitor content and campaign performance and share improvement ideas.
- Work closely with the team to align communication efforts with sales objectives.
Profile
- Degree or current studies in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in communication, sales, e-commerce, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, organized, proactive, and versatile.
- Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail.
- Familiarity with SEO, CMS tools, social media, or online merchandising is an advantage.
