We’re passionate about amplifying coaches' voices by delivering their message with care and excellence. We know podcasting is a powerful tool for building meaningful connections with audiences, but it’s also complex and time-intensive. That’s why we handle every production detail, allowing our clients to focus on their ideas and impact.
We’re looking for a video editor who thrives on visual storytelling. You don’t just watch YouTube and Reels—you study them. You know what stops the scroll, what holds attention, and how to edit with purpose.
You’ll collaborate with our production team to create engaging, high-quality visual content across long-form podcasts and short-form video microcontent.

- You live and breathe YouTube and Shorts/Reels, especially within the coaching and personal growth industries.
- You understand how to create scroll-stopping hooks, frame content for virality, and support narrative arcs visually.
- You’re comfortable giving clients practical, tactful feedback on improving their recordings for video.
- You’re confident using Adobe Premiere and Descript, with advanced skills in adding B-roll, captions, and strategic motion.
- You have a strong sense of what makes content resonate visually, and you’re not shy about sharing improvement ideas.
- You’re collaborative, proactive, and always looking to sharpen your skills.
Don’t Apply If:
- You’re focused on building your own brand or agency and don’t want to commit to someone else’s vision.
- You think YouTube or short-form video is a trend, not a core business strategy.
- You aren’t open to testing or integrating new AI tools into your workflow.
- You can’t manage large video files or meet quick turnaround timelines.
- You aren’t available for team meetings between 9–11am EST a couple times per week.
Required Tools & Skills:
- Adobe Premiere: Skilled in editing long-form video podcasts and microcontent. You know how to source quality B-roll, apply artificial camera movements, effectively use SFX, add dynamic text animation, and build compelling hooks.
- Familiarity with plugins like AutoPod, FireCut, and Premier Composer.
- Descript: Able to use templates to quickly edit and repurpose episodes.
- AI tools: You use tools like OpusClip to generate professional microcontent at scale and bring in motion graphics, captions, and animations to polish each piece.
Working Arrangement
- Pay: Project-based for video podcasts, depending on the type of episode and experience.
- Projects: 1 episode per week to start, including video podcasts for YouTube and repurposed short-form video content.
- Availability: Flexible hours as long as deadlines are met; work from anywhere.
