Position: Business Development Consultant (Commission Based) Remote | Contract
We are looking for an independent contractor to help grow our podcast production business by connecting us with new clients. This role focuses on outreach, relationship building, and closing new business on our behalf. You will be representing our services to brands, organizations, and companies looking to create high quality podcasts and branded audio content.
This is a commission based role with no earning cap. You will earn a percentage of every client you bring on, with the opportunity for ongoing income as relationships grow.
What You’ll Do

Identify and reach out to potential clients who could benefit from podcast production

Pitch our services and communicate our approach clearly and professionally

Build relationships with brands, organizations, and decision makers

Close new client deals and hand them off to our production team

Represent our work and values accurately in all outreach
What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition

A strong understanding of the podcast industry, current trends, and branded audio formats

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Comfort with outreach and follow up

Self motivated and results driven
Compensation This is a commission only role with no cap on earnings. Compensation is based on the clients you bring in, with terms discussed based on experience and scope.
