Guest Acquisition / Booker
A project or contract Booking Coordinator position
Fully remote: working with a USA-based team at IRONCLAD.
Salary range: $18.00 to $22.00 (hourly rate) - subject to experience
Overview We are seeking a skilled Podcast Booker who can oversee guest acquisition for several shows. This role would be in-charge of maintaining a recording calendar with guests/hosts schedules, finding appropriate contact channels, writing and crafting compelling pitches, assisting in acquisition research. This is a part-time remote position working with distributed teams and talent.**
Key Responsibilities Calendar Management
- Aligning hosts availability/recording blocks with guest availability
- Overseeing recording calendar
- Scheduling recordings (Zoom and Riverside)
- Confirming all recordings Guest Acquisition
- Finding channels/contacts for high profile guests
- Writing and crafting compelling pitches
- Overall relationship management with guests, publicists, and talent managers Reporting
- Regular touch points with producers and talent on the status of guest acquisition efforts
- Project management calendar upkeep for scheduled recordings
Required Proficiencies Tools & Software
- The ideal candidate must be proficient is critical communication tools (email, texting, social media direct messaging, What’s App)
- Google Calendar, Monday.com project management boards, Zoom/Riverside scheduling interfaces
