Short-Form Content Manager (part-time, temporary) Lemonada Media is seeking a part-time, temporary, Short-Form Content Manager to join our highly collaborative and dynamic team.
The Short-Form Content Manager will play an important role in transforming original content into engaging clips designed to grow audiences, increase engagement, and strengthen Lemonada’s digital presence. Working closely with the Audience Growth team, this individual will support the creation, editing, and distribution of short-form video content across digital and social channels.

Responsibilities
- Create and edit short-form video content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging channels
- Edit and optimize video content for YouTube; collaborate with the audience growth team to craft thumbnails and text that amplify the perspective and intention of the content and drive organic growth
- Identify compelling moments from podcast episodes and other content for social distribution
- Write captions, optimize content for platform best practices, and support publishing schedules
- Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach
- Collaborate with marketing, social, and production teams to support audience growth initiatives
- Provide frequent summaries to the production and marketing teams, identifying audience themes, strategic insights, and key takeaways
- Perform work that reflects industry best practices and up-to-date trends
- Stay current with AI-driven tools, automation, and new industry trends and workflows
Competencies
- 3-5 years of experience creating short-form content for digital or social media platforms
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience engagement strategies
- Creative judgement, including the ability to look at a title/thumbnail/hook and know what’s off – and how to fix it
- Strong design eye for graphics, typography, and other elements
- Experience driving YouTube (or algorithmic video) growth via packaging and retention improvements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for storytelling, podcasts, and digital media
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver a high level quality of work

Employment Logistics This is a part-time and temporary position. We are looking for someone who can work 10-20 hours weekly.
