Video Producer (part-time, temporary) Lemonada Media is seeking a part-time, temporary-to-long-term, Video Producer to join us on a contract basis starting immediately.
We are searching for a hands-on Video Producer who is deeply immersed in pop culture, someone with genuine taste, a strong creative vision, and an instinct for what makes content resonate. You will join a small, collaborative team where everyone pitches in, from wrangling logistics to managing talent, and getting a first cut done efficiently. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in managing multiple priorities and working across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities
- Serve as Video Producer on an upcoming Lemonada Media project, with the potential to work on multiple series over time
- Manage recordings (on set and remote) with confidence alongside high-profile talent, keeping shoots smooth, on-schedule, and on-brand
- Edit video episodes using Adobe Premiere
- Research guests, develop episode prep and outlines; bringing new ideas while always considering what makes a conversation surprising or specific
- Collaborate closely with hosts, editors, and the broader production team to produce high-quality content
- Keep all production materials up to date and available across the team
Qualifications
- Proven experience producing video shoots with high-profile or celebrity talent
- Fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong post-production skills – you know how to create content that feels distinct and polished
- Familiarity with video production workflows
- Possess an unshakable, calm, solutions-oriented energy on set
- Experience in the podcast or talk format space
- A genuine love for fan culture, pop culture, or niche interests of any kind

Employment Logistics This is a temporary, part-time, position. We are looking for someone who can begin work as soon as possible and work through the production schedule (which is still to be determined). This role will require approximately 15-30 hours of work weekly. During the interview process we will share more details about the show and production timeline.
This is a position covered under a collective bargaining agreement between Lemonada Media and the Writers Guild of America East.
Desired Start Date: June 2026
Salary: $45 – $55/hour depending on experience
Location: Los Angeles, Remote (work from home + work onsite at recordings); must be LA-based to be considered
