WRITE MERCURY’S SUCCESS STORY This starts as a commission‑only position, with a generous 20% gross uncapped, and a clearly defined pathway to become Mercury’s Head of Commercial.
You will sell premium podcast advertising and work closely with brands to craft ear-catching campaigns across our slate of shows, and is ideal for someone with existing agency relationships.
Here’s what your future at Mercury looks like…
Right Away: Commercial Partner
- Sell host‑read ads, sponsorships, and RON campaigns across the network
- Build and manage a pipeline of agencies and brands
- Develop Mercury’s pricing, packaging, and commercial positioning
- Shape our commercial assets and sales process
As Soon As Possible: Head of Commercial
- Lead Mercury’s commercial strategy and revenue forecasting
- Build and manage a small sales team
- Develop category verticals and long‑term partnerships
- Collaborate on IP development and brand integrations
- Represent Mercury in the industry
