Fully remote: working with a USA-based team at Teton Ridge.
Salary range: $55,000 to $75,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience

Who You Are:
A passionate audio storyteller with strong production and editing skills. A proactive collaborator who thrives on building engaging content with hosts, talent, and creative teams. Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and excited to experiment with new formats and ideas.
What You’ll Do:
Produce engaging, high-quality podcast episodes from pitch to publication. Manage schedules, production logistics, and publishing timelines. Partner with marketing to grow audiences and create buzzworthy promotional content. Manage end-to-end podcast production, including planning, booking guests, recording, editing, and publishing episodes. Collaborate with hosts, writers, and marketing teams to develop episode themes, interview questions, and story arcs. Operate and troubleshoot recording equipment, ensuring the highest audio quality in studio and remote setups. Oversee editing, mixing, and mastering, working directly with editors and sound designers. Manage publishing schedules, episode metadata, and distribution across platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.). Partner with marketing and social media teams to create promotional strategies, trailers, and audiograms. Track analytics, listener feedback, and performance data to optimize content strategy. Stay up to date with industry trends, audience behaviors, and emerging podcast formats.

What We Are Looking For:
A creative producer who can balance storytelling artistry with technical expertise. A strong team player who works well in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Someone excited to shape the future of audio storytelling in Western sports and culture. 3+ years of experience in podcast, radio, or audio production. Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Descript, or similar). Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and editorial judgment. Experience managing production calendars and deadlines. Ability to collaborate with on-air talent and executives with professionalism and creativity. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving media environment.
