Elke aflevering van ongeveer 25 minuten nemen we je mee in ontspannen, diepgaande en vaak verrassende gesprekken over liefde, gezondheid, werk, relaties, seks en spiritualiteit. We delen inzichten die je helpen om minder te piekeren, krachtiger keuzes te maken en meer innerlijke rust te ervaren. Naast deze podcasts brengen ook af en toe een Peace Talk aflevering uit, waarin Arjan in gesprek gaat met bijzondere mensen over hoe je leeft in innerlijke vrede.

Ons doel? Innerlijke vrede – want als ieder mens vrede heeft met zichzelf, volgt wereldvrede vanzelf.
