Onder het motto grappig als het kan, ernstig als het moet, nemen Sander Heijne en Hendrik Noten in Radio Vrij Nederland iedere woensdag op geheel eigen wijze de actuele politieke stand van zaken in binnen- en buitenland door. Sander Heijne is hoofdredacteur van Vrij Nederland, Hendrik Noten is beleidsonderzoeker. Samen schreven ze in 2020 de bestseller Fantoomgroei.
Naast de vaste afleveringen op woensdag nodigen Hendrik en Sander regelmatig aansprekende gasten uit, en nemen ze bij grote politieke nieuwsgebeurtenissen extra bonus-afleveringen op.
