Lauren Mishcon and Nicole Goodman are the hosts of the award winning podcast Self Care Club and 40ish. This award winning podcast tests out a different form of self- care every week in an effort to debunk the wellness world and bring true wellbeing and self- care back to people who need it.
For the last six years in over 700 shows they have trialled every form of self care imaginable.
They release a show every Monday and are proud to have been nominated and having won awards at the British Podcast Awards, Women’s Podcast Awards and Independent Podcast Awards. Lauren and Nicole have amassed over 5 million downloads and are the best friends you never knew you needed.
Their book ’Have You Tried This?’ was published in February 2024 and is out in paperback March 2025.
