Mon•Day Bliss
Hver mandag udkommer MonDay Bliss Podcast hvor Carla Mickelborg sammen med dagens gæst dykker ned i gæstens evne til at vende sine Monday Blues til Monday Bliss. Podcasten tager altså et personligt blik på, hvad den enkelte gør for at holde sig sund og glad - til inspiration frem for belærende regler, som sjældent hjælper alle.
I hvert afsnit bliver gæsten først præsenteret og giver en status over de ting der rør sig i hovedpersonens liv for tiden.
Derefter svarer gæsten på tre faste spørgsmål, som uddybes programmet igennem:
