Following Bliss

Created for kids ages 6+, Following Bliss is a soothing mindfulness and meditation series led by Bliss, a magical little fairy who travels the world discovering calming sounds that bring peace, joy, and relaxation. With the help of Wandie her magic wand, Geo her talking map, and her “Backpack of Endless Things,” Bliss invites young listeners to stop, breathe, think, and feel as she guides them on enchanting journeys of sound and self-discovery.
