Tamar Routly and Lane Kennedy have combined over 4 decades of sobriety between them. They’re not here to tell you how to get sober, or to celebrate the pink cloud, or to wrap hard things in a lesson before they’ve had time to breathe.
They’re here for the women who are already in the deep end. Whether that means simply choosing to feel everything without a buffer, 20 years in recovery, or three years alcohol-free.
Every episode, one topic. Researched, debated, laughed about, and told straight. Because the deep end is where the real conversations happen. And we’re not getting out of the pool.
