Hey, I’m Shaela.

I’m a wife, homeschool mom, personal trainer, and follower of Jesus.

For years I believed health had to be complicated.

I chased motivation, tried to do everything perfectly, and spent far too much time thinking about my body.

Then after my breast cancer diagnosis, I needed simple health solutions more than ever.

I didn’t want health to become the center of my life. I needed it to support my life, my healing, my family, and my calling.

That’s when I became even more committed to simple rhythms:

Strength training that fit my life.

Nutrition that didn’t consume my thoughts.

Healthy habits that supported my body without making me obsess over it.

And most importantly, inviting God into the process.

Today, I’m passionate about helping women create a healthy lifestyle that supports their faith, family, and calling—not one that takes over their life.
