Our promise is to provide honest, jargon-free and data driven advice from informative expert guests. Covering everything from buying a home in Scotland for the first time to investing in a rental property, The ESPC Show is the perfect audio companion. ESPC is the home of property in Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife, the Scottish Borders, Dumfries and Galloway and the West of Scotland. We are so much more than a property portal though, we provide mortgage advice through ESPC Mortgages and a full lettings management service with ESPC Lettings, as well as a wide network of solicitor estate agent member firms and a host of Scottish property advice.
