“Ospitalità 4.0” è un termine preso in prestito dal settore dell’industria. In questo ambito si parla molto di Industria 4.0 come evoluzione dei processi produttivi aziendali al fine di automatizzare ed efficientare processi produttivi.
Crediamo che questo concetto debba essere applicato anche nel settore alberghiero, il tutto si traduce con il mettere a disposizione strumenti “smart” che siano in grado di interagire tra di loro in modo automatico con il fine di semplificare i processi e aumentare le vendite.
