Bienvenidos al podcast de Conexión Integrativa “Aprendí de mi ejemplo”.
Soy Carla Rispal, psiconeuroinmunóloga y en este poodcast te explico el proceso de dejarse llevar por la psiconeuroinmunología dando ejemplo, mientras os explico temas interesantes sobre la salud relacionados con lo que vaya surgiendo.
No solo mi ejemplo os servirá para empezar a entender cómo interpretar las analíticas complementarias,, qué pasa en nuestro interior y cómo empezar los cambios que servirán de tratamiento, también pondré de ejemplo el caso de otras personas que seguro que harán que te sientas identificada.
