讓台灣的青年接軌國際，扶青社是扶輪社底下的青年組織，目的是讓18-31歲的年輕人透過領導團體學習如何成為領導者，台北扶青社也是全台第一個以英文為主體的扶青社，過往與許多外國社互動與合作，希望藉由經驗分享，讓更多人參與，一起發光發熱
