《妙姨正念故事島》經過2年時間，從發想、企劃籌備到錄製，終於8/18開站！
這是爲兒童而寫的中英文原創正念睡前故事，每集以引導式冥想帶小夢想家們，在靜心、自我肯定中進入好眠。以柔和的敘事口吻搭配幫助想像力的的聲音設計為製作基底，每一集都有「呼吸練習」幫助安撫情緒、更有「魔法口令」支持孩子能自我肯定，非常適合睡前收聽，提升孩子的睡眠品質。每個主題首發「中文版」隔週就會上架「英文版」讓孩子們在熟悉故事後，也練習聽英文故事，成為自然。
