AdLarge Elevates Leadership Team with Two Promotions

AdLarge announced today two Vice Presidents have been promoted to Senior Vice Presidents. Donelle Brown (left), now Senior Vice President of Marketing Insights & Client Relations, and Ilwira Marciszek (right), now Senior Vice President, Head of Revenue Operations and Digital Sales.
Donelle Brown has worked in the audio space for the majority of her career, beginning in local radio promotions in Boston. She has successfully led cross-functional marketing teams at Jones MediaAmerica, Dial Global, and now AdLarge, where she started as Director, Marketing Solutions in 2015. In her new role, Donelle will continue to drive marketing strategy and messaging across terrestrial and digital audio channels, as well as overall company branding and communications.
With over 15 years of media experience, Ilwira Marciszek has been part of the technological evolution of podcasting sales. She currently works with AdLarge’s key content and technology partners on driving revenue growth for the company and overseeing sales operations. Ilwira has advanced organically, along with the company’s growth, and is now celebrating her 10th year with AdLarge. She will continue to focus on sales operations, tech, and partner relationships that drive revenue for the company.
