For Kaitlin, it’s a bit of a homecoming. “Every morning growing up in rural Canada, I would hear CBC News wafting out of my parents’ bedroom. It’s always been a dream to work with the CBC. I’m thrilled to be joining the Mother Corp on my next project.”

Kaitlin Prest @kaitlinprest, kaitlinprest.org is an award-winning artist, currently based in Brooklyn, NY. In 2008, Kaitlin Prest started producing a radical sex positive radio show with a group of women and queers in Montreal. Six years and many audio experiments later, she founded The Heart on PRX’s Radiotopia, and serves as its Director and Host. With The Heart, Kaitlin won the Prix Italia Award (2015, Movies In Your Head), the Third Coast International Audio Award for Best Documentary (2016, Mariya), and was a Peabody Award Finalist (2017, Silent Evidence). She has performed and exhibited sound installations worldwide.
