CBS THIS MORNING, the only morning news broadcast with a dedicated podcast, is marking its two-year anniversary with double-digit percentage growth in downloads.

Posted every day following CBS THIS MORNING, the podcast offers original, intelligent and insightful conversations with politicians, corporate executives, entertainers, authors and athletes. The podcasts expands the reach of CBS News’ original reporting.

Downloads of CBS THIS MORNING podcast originals have soared 67% year-to-year. And CBS THIS MORNING’s podcasts routinely rate among iTunes’ News and Politics Top 100 podcasts.

This year alone, CBS THIS MORNING has produced 254 original podcasts. Among the notable interviews have been Gayle King’s sit-down with Elizabeth Smart; Norah O’Donnell’s chat with New York Times reporters Jodi Kantor and Megan Twohey, who broke the Harvey Weinstein story; and John Dickerson’s moving interview with John Lithgow about playing Winston Churchill.
