ARN’s iHeartPodcast Network Australia welcomes How I Work – exploring the working days of some of the world’s most successful innovators, entrepreneurs, writers, musicians and business people - to its industry-leading audio slate.

Hosted by Organisational Psychologist and founder of behavioural science consultancy Inventium, Dr Amantha Imber, How I Work discusses tactics, rituals and tricks to optimise the work day.

Every episode contains practical tips that can be used to become more productive, motivated, and happier at work. Now, more than ever, our wellbeing is so important with so many Australians working from home, juggling home schooling and navigating COVID changes, How I Work gives you the tools to do your best work ever.

This month How I Work has a slate of new episodes themed around ‘Wellbeing At Work’, released each Thursday. Dr Imber will be joined by guests including:

  • Josh Piterman: star of Phantom of the Opera. Josh will share the strategies he has used for keeping mentally healthy while surviving the postponement of theatre during the pandemic. Melbourne’s GOLD 104.3 #1 Breakfast show host Christian O’Connell who will talk about how he managed his panic attacks and how he keeps calm through breathing techniques.
  • Liane Moriarty bestselling author of Big Little Lies, Nine Perfect Strangers will reveal how she has overcome negative self-talk - and despite her global success still experiences the feeling of being an imposter.
  • Radek Sali former CEO of Swisse Wellness will focus on how he brought a huge focus on mental health to Swisse during his time there and his approach to managing his own wellbeing.

In addition to the weekly episodes, every Tuesday How I Work releases a six-minute episode with additional practical work and wellbeing tips for listeners.
