Intelligence Squared Takes On Production for Crooked Media’s Pod Save the UK
Crooked Media, the company behind Pod Save America, has tapped Intelligence Squared to co-produce Pod Save the UK, their hit weekly political podcast hosted by Nish Kumar and Coco Khan.
Since its launch, Pod Save the UK has become a sharp, irreverent and influential voice in British politics, combining incisive analysis with wit, urgency and a progressive perspective on the biggest stories shaping the UK. It has built up a sizable, active listener base and as such is currently the winner of the prestigious Podcast Champion award from the British Podcast Awards in recognition of its groundbreaking approach to political podcasting.
Award-winning producer Bea Duncan will take the lead as Editorial Executive Producer of Pod Save The UK on behalf of Intelligence Squared, with Jasmine Davies [formerly The Today Programme] as Assistant Producer. Under Intelligence Squared’s production, the show will continue to bring listeners the agenda-setting political conversation they know and love, while opening up new opportunities for growth and development.
