James Scott Steps Down from Across the Pond Sports Network
After four years and over 1,000 episodes, James Scott, the visionary behind Across the Pond Sports Network, announces his decision to step down to spend more time with his young family. This decision marks the end of an era and the beginning of a new chapter for the beloved sports network.
“It is with immense pride that I announce that I’m stepping away from not only the podcasts I host but the company which I helped build with so many amazing people,” he said.
“The reason I am so proud is because Across the Pond Sports Network will continue on under new leadership with Tony and Kayla taking up the mantle. I know they are going to do a fantastic job, especially with the amazing team that we have who have all dedicated their time to sharing with you their love for the sports we all follow.”
James Scott’s passion and dedication have been the driving force behind Across the Pond Sports Network, turning it into a trusted source for sports enthusiasts worldwide. His leadership has not only provided insightful sports commentary but has also fostered a vibrant community of listeners and contributors.
For the remainder of July, James will still be a part of the original podcast, Across the Pond WNBA and Aces. His final recording will be on the flagship podcast, Across the Pond Sports. This special episode will feature Joe Sylvester, the first guest ever on the show, creating a full-circle moment as James passes the baton to Kayla and Tony.
“I hope that not only will everyone tune in over the next few weeks but also beyond, as I will continue to listen and support all of the amazing hosts who have made Across the Pond Sports Network what it is today,” he added.
