Los Angeles CA, USA—After mobilizing students on 1,400 college and high school campuses across the country, political commentator and activist, Charlie Kirk, is broadening his reach with a new podcast on leading network, PodcastOne. The Charlie Kirk Show will feature the inside scoop on the biggest news of the week and what’s really going on behind the headlines. Kirk himself considers the new show “a report from the frontlines of the culture war, and what’s really going on from America’s college lecture halls to the halls of Congress.” As the founder of Turning Point USA and Twitter’s 5th most engaged personality (Axios), Kirk sits down with some of the biggest newsmakers of our time to talk politics, pop-culture and more from his signature no-holds-barred, right-of-center, freedom-loving point of view.

The debut episode features an unfiltered Donald Trump, Jr. and girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle, as they discuss everything from life at the White House to their views on “the largest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people,” and President Trump versus Bernie Sanders. Below is an excerpt:

Trump vs. Sanders

Trump: “I give my father the credit. He recognized what we call flyover country. He went to the dark side everywhere between New York and Malibu that the Democrats only show up to every four years for votes.”

Kirk: “President Trump has been walking job sites, talking to caddies and asking what the real people think for 40 years. He has the best instincts I’ve ever seen.”

Trump: “[Bernie Sanders] is a great capitalist selling socialist and communist policies. Now he no longer rallies against the millionaires because he is one and has three homes. The American dream that has been brought back to this country can be shipped abroad again very easily and very quickly.

You are [stepping up] with young America on high school and college campuses, but there’s one of you. There are real consequences for being a Conservative. That’s why it’s good to see others step up, recognizing that and still doing it.”

Kirk: “Prison reform. Tax cuts. Denuclearization. Summits. It makes you think, ‘What these other presidents have been doing for the past 20 years?’”
