Lower Street hires Alexandra Zingale Centner as Head of Audience Development
Lower Street has announced the appointment of Alex Zingale Centner as its new Head of Audience Development, marking a key hire as the company continues to expand its strategic capabilities across branded podcasts.
Earlier in 2025, the podcast agency announced a new approach to video podcasting, marked by their quirky Milk YouTube cow ad, which reminded brands to push the limit on content creativity in order to stand out.
She joins Lower Street with more than a decade of experience in media and podcasting, having worked across audience growth, strategy, and performance at organizations including VICE and Sony Music. Her portfolio includes working with shows such as Getting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness, Chameleon, This Is History, and The Binge.
In her new role, she will lead audience development strategy across Lower Street’s slate of shows, working closely with production and client teams to drive sustainable listener growth and engagement. She brings deep experience in understanding how audiences behave, how shows grow over time, and how data can be used to support strong creative decisions rather than replace them.
With Alex on board, audience development will now enter the process earlier at Lower Street. The company is supporting this shift with improved tools, deeper listener data, and clearer performance and platform insights, helping teams sharpen decisions from the very start of a show’s lifecycle.
