Quill and Canadian Business Launch The Moment Podcast, Spotlighting Canada’s Boldest Entrepreneurs

Press Release · Toronto, ON, Canada · via Quill ·

Quill, the award-winning podcast production agency and parent company to CoHost, has partnered with Canadian Business to launch The Moment, a new podcast series that brings listeners inside the pivotal moments that define the journeys of Canada’s most innovative founders and entrepreneurs.

Each episode of The Moment reveals the critical experiences that shaped these business leaders, offering a behind-the-scenes look at both the triumphs and challenges that come with scaling a startup or leading in the boardroom. Through stories of grit, creativity, and resilience, The Moment aims to inspire listeners to seize opportunities and tackle their own game-changing moments.

The podcast is hosted by Fatima Zaidi, founder and CEO of Quill, and Jason Maghanoy, publisher of Canadian Business. With Fatima’s deep entrepreneurial insight and Jason’s expertise in industry trends, the hosts guide listeners through in-depth conversations with guests who have redefined their industries.

“We’re excited to bring these stories to life and I know they’ll empower our audience to take bold steps in their own ventures,” says Zaidi.

The first season features six episodes, with an impressive lineup of guests including leaders like:

  • Allen and Eva Lau of Wattpad, on transforming stories into a global phenomenon
  • Eva Wong of Borrowell and Satish Kanwar of Good Future, on driving financial innovation
  • Anton Rabie of Spin Master, on pioneering in the toy industry
  • Marie Chevrier Schwartz of Sampler, on reshaping consumer sampling

Episodes will be released monthly with episode one launching in January.
