The Roost announces leadership changes with expansion of duties for VP AJ Feliciano

The Roost, an influential podcast network housed within Warner Bros Discovery, announced the expansion of duties for AJ Feliciano as VP of The Roost Podcast Network, overseeing all sales and partnerships. Additional advancements include Nadia Elias as Executive Director, Sales Operations & Strategy role, and Farid Haji as Head of Partnerships.
As the Head of The Roost, AJ Feliciano has overseen the business’ growth with more than 370 million views and downloads across all platforms where millennial and Gen Z audiences watch or listen to podcasts. Under his leadership, The Roost has risen as a successful and sought-after video-first podcast businesses since its inception six years ago.
Feliciano spearheaded securing creator partnerships that open up multi-layered revenue streams in the form of strategy, production, direct response and brand sales, e-commerce, event sales, multi-platform distribution and analytics. Creators include top internet talent such as Grace Helbig, H3H3, Unbox Therapy, etc. This past year, the network welcomed Theo Von, La Platica, Suburb Talks, and SMOSH. Most recently, Feliciano led a new network launch with Chip and Joanna Gaines, Blind Nil Audio, which widens the network’s reach and opens new sales opportunities in the lifestyle and personal growth categories for the company.
Elevated to Executive Director, Sales Operations & Strategy, Nadia Elias has been with the company for 8 years and recently served as the company’s Senior Account Director. Elias helped build the Roost business from the ground up, leading important accounts such as HBO Max, Warner Bros., Samsung, AT&T, and Ubisoft. She also developed customized sales opportunities for brands and connected them with quality content creators, including The State Farm Gamerhood Challenge, a major campaign produced with State Farm and Infinity Marketing starring major internet talent, SypherPK, Berleezy, and Rooster Teeth stars.
With 7 years at the company, Farid Haji has been elevated to Head of Partnerships. Farid continues building collaborative relationships with creators and their respective teams. His focus on trust and honesty with creators and their teams has assisted in The Roost becoming a top 10 podcast network in the country.
