The Unfiltered Gentlemen Welcome Shelter Distilling’s Jason Senior and Matt Hammer

Shelter Distilling opened their doors in 2017 after the new law passed in California that allowed craft distilling to take place. Headed by three passionate individuals with backgrounds in brewing, coffee, and snowboarding, Shelter’s focus is on balanced, flavorful, and progressive spirits that reflect the grandiose nature of the Eastern Sierra.
