Los Angeles CA, USA—The Unfiltered Gentlemen, a podcast centered around the craft beer lifestyle, announced that Shelter Distilling’s Co-Owner/Distiller/Brewer Jason Senior and Co-Owner Matt Hamer have joined the podcast to discuss the distillery, Matt’s background as a pro-snowboarder, Jason’s background as award-winning head brewer at Mammoth Brewing Company, being one of the first craft distilleries in California and much more. Shelter Distilling opened their doors in 2017 after the new law passed in California that allowed craft distilling to take place. Headed by three passionate individuals with backgrounds in brewing, coffee, and snowboarding, Shelter’s focus is on balanced, flavorful, and progressive spirits that reflect the grandiose nature of the Eastern Sierra.
