    The Outlier Podcast Festival has announced five keynote speakers: Josh Hallmark, Misha Euceph, Todd Cochrane, Reema Khrais and John Asante. It's in Los Angeles CA, Sep 13-14. They're also hosting a pitching competition - the winner will receive a podcast startup package.

    Spreaker Prime: Forth and Ten is a “sport-ish” focused podcast hosted by three comedians. A recent listener said, “They say laughter is the best medicine, and I can’t get enough. My coworkers think I’m crazy because I listen on earbuds, so it looks like I think thin air is really funny!” They’re using Spreaker Prime to make hosting and advertising easier.

    At Podcast Movement 2019, Thurs 15 Aug 11.30am - 12.15pm, an exciting session: hearing from podcast newsletter writers. Wil Williams, Skye Pillsbury and Podnews editor James Cridland will be on stage with Arielle Nissenblatt from EarBuds Podcast Collective. We suspect only one will be silly enough to wear a branded shirt.
