Apple fixes New and Noteworthy

Apple is reported to have finally fixed the “New and Noteworthy” sections within categories, which we reported were stale and broken in November 2017, and again in August 2018 . New & Noteworthy is possibly the only Apple section that uses ratings and reviews as part of their algorithm; so it’s good news to see that these are finally fixed.
