The British Podcast Awards return - with Nish Kumar confirmed as the chair of the judging panel. You can enter now, and the deadline is Friday 2 March.

Brains On!, a science podcast for kids, is planning to add voting for an upcoming episode, using the Leela Kids app. An email tells us: “For an upcoming episode titled “Dolphins vs. Octopuses”, Brains On! fans who listen using the Leela Kids app will actually be able to vote on the question at the heart of the episode: Which species is more awesome, the Dolphin or the Octopus?”

RadioDoc Review “is a digital journal where selected audio/radio documentaries, podcasts and features from around the world are critiqued by eminent scholars and/or practitioners of the form.” They’ve just published a new edition, including reviews of “Bowraville and Phoebe’s Fall: award-winning Australian podcasts from the media formerly known as print”.
