The power of podcasting. Comedy podcast We Fact Up got sent the above email recently; who’d have thought that Dave and Redd’s “discussion and general stupidity” could help in this way?

All aboard! US commercial radio broadcaster Beasley Broadcasting has named four Podcast Captains - Mike Thomas (Boston), Chuck Damico (Philadelphia), Steve Black (Detroit), Roy Brown (Charlotte). The job is “helping build the company’s podcasting presence, including partnering with local content providers” - the four named are also employed as hosts or Program Directors.
