  • Event: Winter Podcast Upfront 2019 will give advertisers, agencies and media a first look at the newest partnerships, talent and shows slated for 2019. It’s the first to be held on the West Coast of the USA, in Beverly Hills CA, on Feb 20.

  • Exclusive: Wondery is proclaiming Over My Dead Body as “the first zeitgeist show of 2019”: with about double the downloads seen by Dirty John and Dr Death in the same launch window. The podcast network is also celebrating this podcast being #1 in the Apple Podcast Charts simultaneously in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

  • Alan Tépper has looked into RadioPublic’s new Podsites product, and says it’s a good automated option for some.

  • A new podcasters group for Asian-American creatives, producers, hosts and editors has opened in New York City.
