Caution: if your podcast title has the word “Entrepreneur” in it, you might get a legal threat from Entrepreneur Magazine, who has a trademark (number 5256907) on the word “entrepreneur” for podcasting. It’s been suing domain-name owners for some time; and has already threatened a podcaster with legal action.

Event: Winter Podcast Upfront 2019 will give advertisers, agencies and media a first look at the newest partnerships, talent and shows slated for 2019. It’s the first to be held on the West Coast of the USA, in Beverly Hills CA, on Feb 20.
