The deal with the Crime Junkie publisher, apparently worth $150mn, also includes a FAST channel on video streaming platforms FOX One and Tubi. Both Tubi and Red Seat Ventures are owned by FOX.

- Feb 11: Red Seat Ventures has been acquired by Tubi Media Group, part of Rupert Murdoch’s Fox Corporation. Red Seat Ventures makes shows with people like Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly and Piers Morgan. Terms weren’t disclosed.
